Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Animal Welfare to lead their department. The successful candidate will drive animal welfare initiatives, manage the department, and ensure the highest standards of care and ethical practices. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Animal Welfare Department, ensuring all projects align with the organization’s mission.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of welfare programs and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards of animal welfare.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including partner organizations and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage the department’s budget, resources, and staff.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to the board and relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and research in animal welfare to continuously improve practices.

  • Proven track record of successful project management.
  • Knowledge of current trends and advancements in animal welfare.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Welfare, or a related field.
