Mine Overseer

Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking an experienced Mine Overseer to join their reputable mining company based in Limpopo. As a Mine Overseer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all mining operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and achieving production targets.

• Manage and oversee all mining operations, including drilling, blasting, and loading of minerals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement production plans to achieve production targets.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes.
• Manage a team of mining personnel, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and maintain reports and documentation related to mining activities.

Requirements

• Grade 12
• 5 years experience as a Mine Overseer in the platinum mining industry.
• Mine Overseer's Certificate of Competency.
• First Aid Certificate
• 5 years experience in a trackless mining environment.
• Knowledge of mining regulations and safety standards.
• Understanding of the Mining Charter
