We are looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join our sales team. 

Internal Sales Representative – Jet Park, Boksburg, South Africa

Job Purpose

To attain and grow sales targets to ensure the overall success of the branch.  Manage existing sales accounts. Develop new opportunities with sales team. Grow new accounts and market share in line with business strategy.

To do this well, you must be able to demonstrate that you are:

Results driven to grow & manage the business.  Enthusiastic, proactive and a drive to succeed that is second nature. Able to work as part of a dedicated sales team.

Your responsibilities include: 

Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts Deliver against budget the expected revenue Cross-sell the full range of our products. Application engineering, enabling our client to strengthen its position in selected applications. Ensure CRM and Pipeline management tools are used and updated. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education Matric / Grade 12 Relevant tertiary qualification (sales / management) Valid, unendorsed SA Driver’s License Knowledge Excellent Product Knowledge Process knowledge and knowledge of Policies and Procedures Equipment Knowledge Skills: Time management Problem solving Listening skills Service Orientation Communication skills Attributes Target Driven Highly motivated Accuracy Initiative Customer-focused Patience Logical thinking Cultural sensitivity Confidentiality Conflict Management Experience: 3 – 5 years’ sales experience.
