- Proficient in Afrikaans and English
- Sound knowledge of different meat cuts
- Experience in butcheries
- Relevant qualifications beneficial
- Managerial experience
- Ability to work retail hours
Skills required:
- Organisational skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to operate machines in a butchery
Duties will include:
- Stock control
- Supervise employees
- Tend to costings
- Hygiene control
