Requirements
  • Administer and manage Intervivos Trusts for private clients
  • Handle day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Maintain and update trust documentation and records
  • Develop and nurture strong interpersonal relationships with clients
  • Utilise Word and Excel proficiently for documentation and reporting
  • Must have experience as a Trust Administrator


  • Must have experience in Inter Vivos Discretionary Trusts
  • Must have experience with Private Clients – HNWI and ideally UHNWI and UUHNWI
  • Small private company
  • In office
  • Must be able to handle pressure and dealing with HNWI and UHNWI’s temperament.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage client portfolios
  • Law degree/legal qualifications helps
  • Personalities – initiative and pro-active
  • Must be able to speak Afrikaans
