In this role, you will be responsible for curating and managing personalized travel and lifestyle experiences for premium and luxury members. You would be an expert in providing unparalleled service and crafting bespoke itineraries that cater to the most discerning travelers.

What we are looking for:

• You MUST have excellent language skills in professional English and Finnish, in written and spoken (according to the CERF Framework C1-C2).
• 2+ years experience in leisure orientated sector of business, hospitality, retail, leisure, Customer service, concierge or call center
• Experience with a GDS system desirable
• Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members, suppliers and clients, working in a calm and professional manner at all time
• Strong administration skills and be able to prioritized workloads to meet strict deadlines
• Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture
