Job Description
Reporting to the Divisional Manager: Property Management, the Registry Clerk will be responsible for document control and safekeeping.
Minimum Requirements
- Office management experience (min. 2 years)
- Document management experience (min 2 years)
- Matric plus relevant Administration related diploma
- Send signed original leases to securities for safekeeping.
- Make and distribute copies of signed leases.
- Create Divisional tenant files.
- File tenant/rental related documents.
- Ensure files are stored securely with no unauthorized access.
- Manage documents stored are record storage provider.
- Digitisation of all tenant/client files (Sharepoint).
