What You'll Do:
  
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Design and document business processes, workflows, and system architectures.
  • Work closely with development teams to implement solutions and ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead testing and quality assurance efforts, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior analysts and project teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
What You'll Need:
 
Extensive experience as a business analyst in the financial industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or relevant NQF Level 7 qualification.
  • CBAP certified or equivalent.
