OE Specialist

RPO Recruitment is seeking an OE Specialist (Operational Excellence Specialist) to join our client's team in an exciting and dynamic environment. The OE Specialist will be responsible for driving operational excellence initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. This role involves the application of various methodologies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality standards within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on operational excellence tools and techniques for employees at all levels
• Analyze process performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans to address them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices in operations
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of improvement initiatives, providing tools and support for sustainability
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address operational challenges and foster innovative thinking
• Support management in achieving strategic goals related to operational excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management principles and techniques
• Ability to lead training and development programs for staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing problems
