RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a Finance Manager with experience in the renewables industry to join our client's team. Our client is a leading player in the renewable energy sector, and as the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of their operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled finance professional to contribute to the growth and success of a company that is making a positive impact on the environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards specific to the renewables industry
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision making
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the renewables industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards specific to the renewables industry
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
