Our client within the Property Industry is looking for a Certified Rental Agent to join their team based in George.

Their team is dedicated to ensuring that tenants and property owners alike have a seamless and positive experience.

Requirements:
  • Certified Property Practitioner with a track record in managing residential and commercial rentals
  • Demonstrate a proactive, target oriented approach and  initiative
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in finding rental properties that meet their needs and budget
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each property
  • Handle rental applications, background checks, and lease agreements
  • Maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants
  • Stay updated on market trends and property values
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure all properties are well-maintained and meet legal standards
  • Address and resolve tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
  • Utilize various marketing strategies to promote available rental properties
