About the Role
Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join their team as Marketing Assistant Apprentices in Durban . This apprenticeship is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands on experience in various aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, market research, and campaign management. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, etc.).
- Support the creation of engaging marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, and website copy.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Help manage social media profiles and engage with online communities.
- Assist with the organization and coordination of marketing events and webinars.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and design, to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.
Requirements
- A strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn about the industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts is a plus.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant coursework or certifications are advantageous.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Durban , KwaZulu-Natal , ZA .
