Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Teach Information Technology across the Further Education and Training (FET) phase, including Grade 12.
• Prepare students thoroughly for their NSC Information Technology examinations.
• Utilize technology effectively to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment processes.
• Engage actively in extra-mural activities and serve as a Tutor within the Vertical Tutor System.

Duties:

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CAPS curriculum.
• Develop and implement assessment strategies to evaluate student progress.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Participate in school events and extracurricular initiatives.
• Experience in Teaching Computer Applications Technology would be of distinct advantage.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in teaching the CAPS curriculum for Information Technology.
• Proven experience teaching at Grade 12 level.
• Strong assessment and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
