- Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering essential.
- 5 to 10 years of overall maintenance experience, in a managerial or supervisory role within the mining industry.
- Hands-on exposure to copper mining environments, will be advantageous.
- Mobile fleets, surface and underground operations management experience essential.
- Proficiency in CMMS software will be advantageous
- Reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and budget administration essential.
