TruHome is looking for a motivated Junior Cold Caller to connect with prospective clients and book appointments for our real estate agents. We provide all lead data and access to our calling system, so you can focus on making calls, building rapport, and identifying opportunities. - Make outbound cold calls using the lead data provided.
- Introduce TruHome’s services, qualify prospects, and identify their property needs.
- Book appointments for our real estate agents and follow up with leads.
- Handle basic enquiries and direct more complex questions to the right team member.
- Keep accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines while keeping conversations natural and professional. What we’re looking for
- Clear spoken English, strong listening skills, and a friendly, professional phone manner.
- Confidence approaching new people and resilience when handling rejection.
- Good organisation, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn our CRM and calling system.
- The ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote role.
- Reliable internet connectivity and a quiet space to make calls. Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is helpful, but not essential. This is a junior opportunity suited to someone willing to learn and grow. A matric certificate or equivalent is preferred; real estate experience is an advantage.
