Responsibilities:
- Create short-form videos covering national and international topics
- Present topics confidently and clearly on camera
- Turn information and talking points into engaging video content
- Help promote content published across our digital products
- Create content suitable for platforms such as Instagram and other social media channels
- Work independently and consistently produce high-quality videos What we're looking for:
- Excellent spoken English
- Strong on-camera presence and communication skills
- Comfortable discussing a wide variety of national and international topics
- Ability to make complex or serious subjects interesting and easy to understand
- Natural, confident presentation style similar to a digital journalist or news presenter
- Familiarity with Instagram, Reels and short-form video content
- Ability to record good-quality video and audio independently
- Journalism, broadcasting, media or content-creation experience is helpful but not required You do not need to have a large social media following. We are primarily interested in your ability to communicate, present and engage an audience on camera. This is a remote freelance opportunity with the potential for ongoing work. Pay: R150,00
- R250,00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week Work
