- Omnichannel Support: Manage and respond to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, tik tok, Instagram DM, Email, and Live Chat.(Meta platforms)
- Order Orchestration: Track orders from payment to delivery, proactively updating customers on any delays or shipping milestones.
- Conflict Resolution: Turn "frustrated" into "faithful" by resolving complaints, processing returns, and managing refund requests with empathy and speed.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all current inventory and "drops" to provide accurate specs, sizing, and pricing to potential buyers.
- CRM Maintenance: Record customer interactions and feedback in our database to help us improve our service and inventory selection.
- Review Generation: Follow up with satisfied customers to secure testimonials and social proof for the brand.
