Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting online classes, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching materials to meet diverse learning needs. The tutor will collaborate with other educators and support staff, maintain clear digital communication with families, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports students’ emotional and psychological growth. This is a full-time remote role. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to learners of varying proficiency levels. Candidates should possess Teaching English as a Foreign Language skills and relevant methodologies for ESL/EFL learners. Candidates should possess Online Tutoring and Tutoring skills, including effective use of digital platforms and tools for remote instruction. Relevant qualifications such as a degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field, and certifications like TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA are highly beneficial. Strong classroom management, cross-cultural communication skills, and experience working with children or adolescents in online settings are preferred. Ability to create inclusive, supportive learning environments, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain confidential student records is important.
