We are expanding our technical engineering team at Rexx.
As our installed base of industrial dye sublimation textile printers continues to grow, we are looking for 1–2 exceptional print engineers to join our technical division.
This role is not for entry-level technicians.
We are looking for experienced engineers who understand industrial textile production environments and high-performance printing systems.

Rexx Screen & Digital Supplies is expanding our Technical Engineering Division and we are looking for exceptional print engineers and senior technicians to join our team.
We are not looking for average technicians.
We are looking for the best.
Our customers operate industrial textile printing environments where uptime, colour accuracy, and production reliability are critical. Supporting them requires engineers who understand both machines and production realities.

What You’ll Be Working With
You will be installing, maintaining and supporting industrial textile printing systems, primarily:
• Dye sublimation production printers
• Roll-to-roll textile printing systems
• Industrial ink systems & printheads
• Colour management and RIP workflows
• High-volume garment and textile production environments You will work closely with some of the most demanding production environments in the region. Your Role
• Install and commission industrial textile printing equipment
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical faults
• Maintain and optimise printer performance
• Support colour calibration and production quality
• Train operators and production teams
• Provide advanced field technical support
• Work closely with customers to maximise machine uptime Experience Required This role is for experienced technicians or engineers only. You should ideally have 5–10+ years experience in environments such as:
• Textile digital printing
• Dye sublimation production printing
• Industrial large-format printers
• Roll-to-roll printing systems
• Industrial equipment service engineering Strong mechanical, electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills are essential. Experience with Epson industrial printhead systems, RIP software or colour profiling will be highly advantageous. Training & Development Successful candidates will receive:
• OEM factory training with international suppliers
• Exposure to advanced textile production technologies
• Continuous technical development You will be part of a team building one of the strongest textile print technical capabilities in the region. Compensation We are serious about hiring the best technical talent. Top engineers in this role typically earn R40,000 – R80,000+ per month depending on experience, with additional benefits and performance incentives.
