About the Role
We are dedicated to providing top-notch services and maintaining a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for our tenants. We are seeking a skilled Artisans with expertise in plumbing and/or electrical work and/or carpentry to join our dynamic team. The Artisan will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a strong background in plumbing and/or electrical work and/or carpentry, along with general maintenance skills. ROLES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Inspect and troubleshoot issues in various systems and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in other general maintenance tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12 / Matric non-negotiable.
• Proven experience as a maintenance worker, plumber, electrician or carpenter.
• Trade test in either Plumbing or Electrical.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with HVAC systems (advantageous).
• Attention to detail.

• Reliable.
