Responsibilities
What we’re looking for:
Provides administrative, reporting, and operational support to the Corporate Affairs and Social Impact function. The role is responsible for coordinating key social impact programmes, supporting B-BBEE SED reporting and compliance requirements, managing donation governance and reporting, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and supporting employee volunteering initiatives.
• Coordinate and support social impact reporting activities, including B-BBEE SED reporting, audit preparation, verification requirements and maintenance of supporting documentation.
• Administer the School Breakfast Programme by coordinating stakeholder engagement, product ordering, delivery planning, stock monitoring and programme reporting.
• Process and track purchase orders, invoices and payments, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely resolution of administrative requests.
• Manage the tracking and reporting of product donations, maintain beneficiary records and supporting compliance documentation, and support governance requirements.
• Coordinate employee volunteering and community engagement initiatives, including event logistics, volunteer participation tracking and impact reporting.
• Maintain accurate databases, reporting tools and trackers to support decision-making, compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including schools, NGOs, government representatives, service providers and cross-functional business teams.
• SAP Experience is essential in supporting the CA team with PO/Creation processing to completion. Qualifications What will qualify you for the role:
• Relevant Degree / Diploma required
• Experience in administration, programme coordination, reporting, stakeholder engagement or procurement support.
• SAP/ HANA experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
