Lead the company’s financial strategy and operations, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, funding, compliance and long-term financial planning within a property development environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field – essential
  • Minimum 5 years’ senior financial management experience
  • Property development, manufacturing or retail experience – advantageous
  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and compliance
  • Proven cash flow management and financial planning experience
  • Experience with property finance, project accounting or development funding – advantageous
  • Strong banking, lender and funding relationship management experience
  • Strong knowledge of South African financial regulations and tax
  • CA(SA) or similar professional qualification – advantageous
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical and commercial skills
  • Proven leadership and strategic decision-making ability
