Duties & Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are seeking a Workshop Foreman to join our team in Lichtenburg, located in the North West region. As a Workshop Foreman, you will report to the Manager and play a crucial role in the smooth operation of repair and maintenance of agric equipment

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising and coordinating workshop activities
  • Managing workshop staff and allocating tasks
  • All repairs and maintenance on equipment
  • Ensuring equipment and tools are in good working condition
  • Assisting with cropping
  • Assisting with cattle management

Key Requirements

  • Experience in various aspects of workshop management in the Agriculture sector
  • Experience with cropping and beef
  • Proven skills in managing workshop functions
