Introduction

Our client, a growing nationwide auto part replacement and repair services company, has a vacancy for the role of Call Centre Agent.

Duties & Responsibilities

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Engage with
  • Insurance companies and brokers as required
  • Company national Network on daily operational & related  matters
  • General administration
  • Assist with cultivating a client centric culture throughout the network
  • Manage and update the online claims management system
  • Compile and submit monthly management reports
  • Assist with daily operations
  • Operational queries
  • Complaints
  • Telephone calls
  • Administration
  • Invoice and Payment Queries or any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
  • Any other unrelated ad hoc tasks as demand dictates or as may be assigned to you from time to time

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric
  • Fully bilingual
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Good communication skills

 

Package & Remuneration

R15,000 per month CTC, commensurate with experience.
