Barenbrug South Africa is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing stock control, inventory accuracy, incoming and outgoing stock, monthly stock counts and the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service and attend to walk-in customers.

• Manage stock control, inventory accuracy, and stock planning processes.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming and outgoing stock, including picking, loading and check of orders

• Conduct and oversee monthly stock counts and reconciliations.

• Maintain quality control standards and ensure excellent warehouse housekeeping practices.

• Provide administrative support and assist with related operational tasks as required.

Desired Experience & Qualification

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

• A minimum of 3-5 years' relevant warehouse and/or stock control experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Previous experience with Sage Pastel Accounting would be advantageous.

• Grade 12 qualification.

• Certificate or qualification in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or Stock Control will be advantageous.

• Willingness and flexibility to work additional hours when required.
