KwaZulu-Natal - Richards Bay
Have you managed a retail store, led a team and been responsible for sales targets and stock? Our client in the automotive industry is looking for a Store Manager who can take ownership of the day-to-day operation and drive results.
- A diploma in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing (NQF 6).
- At least 5 years’ experience in retail sales or marketing.
- At least 3 years’ experience supervising or managing a retail team.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the store team, setting schedules, managing performance and developing staff.
- Driving sales, meeting targets and running promotions.
- Keeping stock available and managing inventory, merchandising and pricing.
- Managing budgets, controlling costs and tracking store performance.
- Delivering excellent customer service and resolving problems promptly.
- Keeping the store safe, secure and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
