Duties & Responsibilities

AI Isn't Taking Over the World... But It's Helping Us Find the Right Developer

Let's be honest.

AI can write code. AI can review code. AI can even tell you why your code doesn't work.

But AI still can't replace exceptional engineers who can architect solutions, solve complex business problems, mentor teams, and build products that customers love.

That's where you come in.

We're partnering with an innovative, AI-powered SaaS business that's transforming how companies manage compliance, security, and trust globally. They're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join their growing engineering team and help shape the future of a cloud-native platform used by organisations worldwide.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Building scalable cloud-based applications
  2. Developing across the stack using Node.js and React
  3. Designing and enhancing microservices architectures
  4. Building and integrating REST APIs
  5. Working within AWS and containerised environments
  6. Collaborating closely with product, customers, and technical teams
  7. Mentoring developers and influencing technical direction

We're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience with Node.js
  • 5+ years' experience with React
  • Strong experience with microservices
  • Database expertise across relational and non-relational technologies
  • Cloud exposure (AWS preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience leading projects or mentoring team members

Bonus points if you've:

⭐ Built high-scale SaaS platforms

⭐ Worked with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD or QA automation

⭐ Thrived in fast-growing tech environment

Why Apply?

  • Work on a product with real global impact
  • Join a high-performing engineering team
  • Influence architecture and product direction
  • Grow your leadership capabilities
  • Work with cutting-edge AI and cloud technologies

The robots aren't replacing developers anytime soon. They're just raising the bar.

If you're the kind of engineer who enjoys solving meaningful problems and building products at scale, we'd love to hear from you.
