MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS |
|
Matric certificate/ equivalent Procurement Management Certificate Computer literacy – MS Office, e-mail and internet Valid Driver’s license – Code 8 Medically fit to work underground |
|
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS |
|
At least 5 years’ experience in store control and procurement Supervisory training and experience in stores Knowledge of Codes of Practice and working guides Ability to deal with all levels of management Knowledge of contract mining industry |

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES |
|
Ensure the competent and effective coordination of stores control processes and ensure alignment to company procedures and processes. Check, report and escalate any discrepancies on goods received and ensure delivery notes are attached to goods received. Maintain and control stock and PPE Prepare goods and paperwork for dispatch Adhere to store procedures and requirements Ensure compliance with stores procedures and requirements Prepare and submit daily/ weekly/monthly and ad-hoc stores administration reports Accurately receive goods delivered. Ensure that the area of operation and competence of the team complies with MHSA and regulations. |
