To ensure all planned operational targets and contractual obligations are met on time and with good quality, while maintaining effective housekeeping practices and driving operational excellence within the operational area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily inspection on designated areas of responsibility.
- Ensure planned operational targets are met as issued by the manager.
- Follow work instruction given by the Superior for any specific task in line with operational requirements .
- Assist with problem solving on operational challenges and report any deviations to the immediate Superior.
- Adhere to Fraser Alexander and Client procedures, policies and practices.
- Always ensure good housekeeping on site and good teamwork.
- Adhere to all Safety rules and regulations as per safety legislation and company procedures.
- Perform any ad hoc duties as deemed fit by the Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum N3 Certificate in Water/ Wastewater.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in related field of wastewater or water treatment environment.
SKILLS, QUALITIES AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Good leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
- High degree of reliability and trustworthy.
