Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm, is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their dynamic team.

2-5 years Admission as a Conveyancer / public notary an advantage
Proven experience handling FNB and ABSA bonds, cancellations, and property transfers.
Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from inception to registration.
Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio independently.
Managing and attending to bond registrations, bond cancellations, and transfer matters.
Drafting and reviewing conveyancing documentation.
Liaising with financial institutions, clients, and other stakeholders.
Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and within prescribed timelines.
Providing professional advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

LLB Degree
Admitted as a Conveyancer
Admission as a Notary Public will be highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience liaising with banks, clients, estate agents, and the Deeds Office.
