We are recruiting on behalf of a leading high-tech electronics manufacturer in the Netherlands. They are looking for a Team Lead to run a PCBA production team. The role is hands-on: you'll be responsible for output, quality, staffing and developing your team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of production operators and technicians
  • Monitor daily production output and performance against targets
  • Plan and allocate people and resources across the production line
  • Make sure quality standards are met and reduce defects and rework
  • Drive 5S and continuous improvement on the production floor
  • Coach team members and support their training and development
  • Report on production performance, quality and staffing to management
Experience & Qualifications
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role in a high-tech manufacturing or production environment
  • Proven experience leading, motivating and developing production teams
  • Experience monitoring production output, daily performance and resource allocation
  • Strong focus on quality, 5S and continuous improvement
  • Experience in PCBA, SMT or electronics manufacturing is an advantage
  • Fluent in Afrikaans
