Introduction

A leading company, based in Sandton, in the bridging finance arena requires a Head of Distribution & Comercial and will own how the company wins and keeps its clients and partners and lead their journey from a great business to a significant one without ever compromising risk.

 

A MINIMUM OF 8 YEARS IN COMMERCIAL SALES

Duties & Responsibilities

  • A commercially driven leader who can grow revenue, market share and client acquisition.
  • Proven experience leading sales, distribution and business development teams.
  • Strong financial services, lending, banking, fintech or related industry experience.
  • A strategic thinker who can identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
  • Someone who can build, scale and optimise commercial channels.
  • A hands-on leader who balances strategy with execution.
  • Strong people leadership with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Comfortable operating at executive level and influencing key business decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial, ambitious, resilient and highly accountable.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • 8+ years in commercial, sales, distribution or revenue leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering significant revenue growth.
  • Experience managing partnerships, intermediaries, brokers or referral networks.
  • Data-driven, commercially astute and focused on results.
  • This person will head up about 10 people
