About the Role
Our client is looking for a talented and passionate Architect to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, a positive attitude, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow within a high-end residential environment. The successful candidate will work on exciting residential projects and contribute to innovative, high quality architectural designs.Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' architectural experience.
- Qualified Architect or Candidate Architect registered with SACAP.
- Proficient in Archicad.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high end residential projects.
- Experience with Lumion will be advantageous but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high end residential projects from concept through to completion.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings and documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical input throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute creative ideas and innovative design solutions.
