What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll oversee daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and to specification. Reading construction drawings, maintaining quality standards and managing finishing work will form part of your day-to-day responsibilities. What you’ll need

For the Senior Site Foreman role, you’ll have 5-10 years’ experience managing RESINDENTIAL construction sites. Junior Foremen should have 1-2 years’ relevant site experience with the ambition to grow. A valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle are essential, along with the ability to read plans, coordinate site activities and communicate fluently in both written and spoken Afrikaans.
