Introduction

Universal Healthcare is proud to offer an exciting 12 months Learnership opportunity for unemployed youth in Gauteng.

This programme aims to empower young individuals with meaningful skills, practical workplace experience, and an accredited qualification, while providing valuable exposure to the healthcare sector.

As one of South Africa’s leading integrated healthcare organisations, Universal Healthcare provides medical scheme administration, corporate wellness, occupational health, digital health platforms, insurance products, and wellness solutions to over 10 million people.
Successful applicants will be placed within a specific Universal Healthcare business unit, where they will gain hands-on experience aligned with their strengths, attributes, and qualifications.

Who Can Apply?


Applicants must:
• Be South African citizens
• Be between 18 and 35 years old
• Be currently unemployed and not studying
• Have completed Grade 12
• Not have previously completed a Business Administration NQF Level 4 Learnership
• Reside in Gauteng and be able to travel to Universal House, Sunninghill (Sandton)
• A tertiary qualification will be an advantage
• Persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply
