Duties and Responsibilities

_{THE ROLE}

_{As a Financial Adviser, you will:}

_{Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses.}
_{Develop and present suitable financial planning recommendations.}
_{Advise clients across relevant financial product categories.}
_{Build and maintain long-term client relationships.}
_{Identify cross-selling opportunities within our existing client base.}
_{Generate new business through networking, prospecting and referrals.}
_{Collaborate with our medical aid and short-term insurance teams.}
_{Maintain accurate client records and comply with applicable FAIS, FICA and POPIA requirements.}

Desired Experience & Qualification

_{MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS}

_{RE5 qualification.}
_{Relevant FSCA-recognised qualification.}
_{Minimum two years’ experience as a financial adviser.}
_{Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.}
_{Relevant class-of-business and product-specific training, where applicable.}
_{Ability to satisfy applicable FSCA fit-and-proper requirements.}
_{Strong communication and interpersonal skills.}
_{Self-motivated, professional and results-driven.}
_{Comfortable working within a commission-only remuneration structure.}
_{Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.}
_{Additional advantages:}

_{Experience with multiple financial product providers.}
_{Established professional networks and referral relationships.}
_{Experience in investment and retirement planning.}
