NIGHTSHIFT CALL CENTRE AGENTS WANTED | Convenient afternoon/evening working hours: 3PM – 8PM

Due to expansion, we have several vacancies available in one of our biggest office based in Umhlanga, Durban for nightshift call centre agents working from 3PM to 8PM.
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and experienced telesales agents to join our incredible team If you are ambitious, motivated and determined to succeed, this is your opportunity to build a successful career and grow into a leadership position within our business.

Role & Responsibilities
Reach and exceed targets set by the business
Enhance the customer journey by providing professional and polite service
Ensure all compliance procedures and company standards are followed
Use your sales skills to identify and maximise business opportunities
Work towards personal targets in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer
R6,000 salary plus uncapped commission
Convenient afternoon/evening working hours: 3PM – 8PM

Non-Negotiable Requirements
Minimum 1 year of telesales experience
Hardworking, passionate and self-motivated
Outgoing, friendly and confident personality
Excellent communication skills
NQF Level 4 or higher
Valid South African identity document
