Our client is seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Business Analyst / Process Engineer to lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business analysis and process engineering standards. This role is pivotal in aligning business practices with industry gold standards, driving innovation through market research, and enhancing analytical capabilities across the organization. Key Responsibilities Define, review, and improve business analysis and process engineering methodologies, standards, and artefacts. Develop and maintain a repository of best practices aligned with industry benchmarks. Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and benchmarking to inform process improvements. Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent application of business analysis techniques. Drive data-driven decision-making through analytics and insights. Lead system integration initiatives using diverse technologies. Develop and maintain advanced reporting solutions. Support SharePoint development and customization for business needs. Work independently with minimal supervision to deliver high-quality outcomes. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in business analysis and process engineering. Strong understanding of system integration across multiple platforms. Proficiency in data analytics and generating actionable insights. Expertise in reporting tools and dashboard creation. Hands-on experience with SharePoint development. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Data Engineering or Data Science. Exposure to the banking industry. Familiarity with ARIS, Celonis, or other process mining tools. Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Process Engineering, or related fields. Personal Attributes Analytical and detail oriented. Proactive and innovative thinker. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
