RTV Clerk

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable RTV (Return to Vendor) Clerk to join our warehouse team based in Pinetown. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, warehouse experience, and a solid understanding of return processes. You will be responsible for managing all returned stock, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Process and record all RTV (Return to Vendor) items accurately. Inspect returned goods for quality, condition, and correct return reason. Prepare and maintain all RTV documentation, including credit requests and return notes. Coordinate with suppliers, dispatch, and procurement regarding returned items. Track return statuses and follow up on outstanding credits. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of returned stock in the warehouse. Capture data on the warehouse management system (WMS). Assist with general warehouse duties when needed. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years warehouse experience (RTV experience an advantage). Strong administrative and data-capturing skills. Good communication and follow-up abilities. Knowledge of warehouse operations and stock control. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy.
