Hostess Sommelier (Cradle Boutique Hotel & Nature Reserve)
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a restaurant environment (essential).
- Strong wine knowledge, including varietals, food-and-wine pairing, and service standards.
- Ability to host guests professionally, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Confidence in presenting and recommending wines to guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage reservations and guest flow efficiently.
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards (advantageous).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to support the restaurant service team.
