We are seeking a Financial Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring strong governance and supporting business growth. Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, management reports, and investment performance analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal financial policies.
  • Manage and mentor the finance team to enhance skills, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Assist in investment evaluation, risk assessment, and portfolio performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with senior management to support strategic business initiatives and long-term growth plans.
  • Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in financial management
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, investment analysis, and risk management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and complex projects.
  • High proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
