Job Description

Tekkie Town is seeking to employ an IR Administrator on a fixed term basis until December 2026. The primary purpose of this role is to provide high-level Industrial Relations (IR) administration support across the Central Office, field, and stores to ensure accurate IR documentation for all employees in the business. This candidate must deal with confidential information with utmost discretion and meet high standards of integrity. Applicants will also need to be flexible and willing to handle a variety of tasks to assist their HR and Operations team members.
