Position: IT Specialist (Internship)

Link Up Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an IT Specialist intern. This is a full-time, 6-month internship opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the IT industry.

As an IT Specialist intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced IT professionals and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our clients, as well as assisting with various IT projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues

- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients

- Assist with the development and implementation of IT projects and initiatives

- Perform regular system backups and updates

- Conduct research and make recommendations for new technology solutions

- Monitor and maintain IT inventory and equipment

- Assist with training and onboarding of new employees on IT systems and procedures

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

- Basic knowledge of networking and security protocols

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications
