Operations Administrator

Full time position available for operational administrator for a technical event supplier.
Candidate will be responsible for quoting and booking technical equipment and services for all type all type of events as well as co-ordinating logistics with regards to setup/ event running order/ break down after events. Basic knowledge of technical equipment will be advantage or willingness to learn.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Basic knowledge of Pastel for quoting and invoicing.
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/Outlook) as well as Google Calendar.
· Understanding of audio, visual, lighting, staging, and power requirements for live events (if possible).
· Willingness to learn equipment specification.
· Clear communicator, both written and verbal.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Efficiently handles day-to-day tasks without constant supervision.
· Friendly and professional demeanour.
· Works well in a team and independently.
· Maintains confidentiality and professionalism.
· Ability to work under pressure.
