Sales Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team in our Robertson branch. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service, meeting sales targets, and helping customers find products that best suit their needs. This role involves direct interaction with clients, offering product knowledge, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store's offerings, including new products, promotions, and trends.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude and a passion for selling.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
• Matric is advantageous
• Retail sales experience is advantageous
