Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving Pure Hearts Funeral Catering sales, engaging with clients, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively while maintaining an organised approach to your work.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their personal needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure sales and contracts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain an organised schedule to ensure timely follow-ups and meetings with clients
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role is advantageous
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Effective time management skills, able to prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Be target driven
