Accounts Payable Managers
for clients across various industries. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the accounts payable function, and a proven ability to manage high-volume environments while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end accounts payable function.
  • Oversee invoice processing, payment runs, vendor reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices in line with company policies and payment terms.
  • Manage and mentor the accounts payable team, including workload allocation, performance management, and training.
  • Review and approve payments, journals, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve escalated queries.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency within the AP function.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to audit queries.
  • Collaborate closely with finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

    t 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory ro
    le.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and month-end procedures.
  • Experience managing high-volume, complex AP environments.
  • Proven people management and leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Immediate availabili
