Job Description
Key responsibilities will include:
· Cleaning, weighing, and packing of live mussels
· Opening (shucking) and packing oysters
· Maintaining cleanliness of the workstation and surrounding area
Working Hours:
· Approximately 5 hours per day (not full-day shifts)
· Working days and shift times may vary depending on operational needs
Requirements
· Previous experience in food handling or seafood processing will be an advantage
· Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
· Ability to work well in a team
· Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
· Willing to work in cold and wet conditions typical of seafood processing facilities
