Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Paarl for a Fleet Coordinator. The Fleet Coordinator will oversee daily fleet operations to ensure the efficient and cost-effective management of assets, coordinate vehicle maintenance, manage driver schedules, and address logistical challenges. Additional responsibilities include maintaining open communication with clients, providing high-quality customer service, and supporting operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Proficiency in Operations Management with a focus on efficiency and problem-solving
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries is advantageous
- Familiarity with relevant software or tools for fleet and operations management is a plus
