Are you passionate about turning great ideas into products customers love?

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Product Development with a focus on Packaging Design to help bring our food innovations to life — from concept to shelf. In this role, you will blend creativity, technical skill, and a love for design to deliver packaging and product presentations that stand out, meet our brand standards and delight our customers.

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma in Food Technology, Consumer Science, or related field (Degree or B-Tech is advantageous).
Minimum 3 years' experience in a food-related FMCG environment.
Experience in graphic design or packaging design is highly desirable.

Experience in using kitchen management software for tracking inventory and costs (preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
A Valid driver's license.

What You'll Do

Support the full product development journey — from concept creation and packaging design to launch.
Develop and refine packaging layouts, product mock-ups, and visual presentations.
Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and quality standards.
Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative, trend-inspired ideas.
Maintain up-to-date product information, artwork records and specifications.
Support photo editing, retouching, resizing as needed for packaging or presentations.
Prepare artwork for print and digital use, ensuring files are accurate and production-ready.
Create engaging presentation materials, samples, and reports for product reviews.
Track project timelines and ensure tasks are completed to meet launch deadlines.
Liaise with internal teams and external design partners to keep communication seamless.
Assist the design team with visual asset creation across packaging, digital, print, and social media channels.
